Water Damage! The water softner had a slow leak that I did not catch for a long. By the time I noticed, the trainroom had a lot of damage. About 2/3rds of the floor and a bunch of the sheetrock had to be removed. The entire workbench and shelves had to be removed as well.    |
Water Damage! Part 2 Had to get multiple bids but finally found a crew that was willing to work around the train. Most of the contractors wanted me to completely clear the room before they would do any repairs. Ugh! No Way! They did a great job with minimal impact to the train!  |

Klinger's Pharmacy - Part 7 - Oops! I thought the lighting was a little too bright (blue) and did the trick where you "lightly" coat the LED in a translucent orange to "warm" it up a little bit. I think I went a little too heavy!  |
Klinger's Pharmacy - Part 8 - Fixed lighting and worked on balcony I carefully cleaned off most of the orange on the LEDs and they look much better now  The balcony railings called for a simple square post. I did not like that, so I carved my own.   And this is how the balcony turned out  |
